IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Pony Trekking is available to all ages above 4 and there is an upper weight limit of 15 stones. Hats are provided but you are advised to dress for the weather and bring a waterproof as it is well known that Scotland can experience 4 seasons in one day! Strong, sensible footwear is advisable.
Segway Trekking is available to all over 10 years old and within our 17 stones weight limit. . Safety helmets are provided and must be worn.
Quad pods available for children between the ages of 3 and 10.
Shetland Driving requires some knowledge about horses. Not suitable for young children. There is a weight limit of 10 stones . This is an individual activity
Orienteering . We have 2 courses. One (our red horseshoe course) is for the hardy walkers and our Welly Boot course which is closer to the farm and can even be done by children.( adults enjoy it as well) .
Our New Play Barn is available to children up to 9 years of age. It is not a soft play , but a creative play area which reflects what goes on in our yard and farm . The children are the responsibility of the acompanying adults although we do have staff on duty , they are there to assist the customers in any way they can.
Please note that in all of the above activities medical conditions must be communicated to our staff members. This includes asthma and allergies to animals or hay fever.
